To our Valued Customers,

Throughout our history, USESI and its people from Hampden/Zimmerman Electric, Electrical Wholesalers and our other independently operated subsidiaries have shared one common theme -- Service to our customers with quality products at the best possible prices. Our growth has been a great asset in giving us the buying power, and it has been an exciting run thus far.

This letter has a dual purpose. The first is to thank you for your patronage over the past many years. Second, I want to apologize for the inconvenience we have inflicted on you over the past two months during our attempted software conversion. We did not anticipate some of the issues that came to the surface during this conversion. When we did identify that there was not a short term solution, the decision was made to return the business to the software and the Hampden-Zimmerman name that have provided a high level of customer service in Western Massachusetts over many years.

Your feedback was the critical voice. Our organization built its reputation on excellent customer service. When we realized that the service level was compromised the decision was an easy one. When in doubt, listen to the customer. Thanks for your input.

Our local inventory will be supported by over 20 million dollars of inventory in our central distribution center in Middletown CT to ensure a high level of customer service. Again, thanks for your patience and support.

We are now fully stocking Leviton Integrated Networks Home System (LIN).

We stock Relay-in-a-box by Functional Devices. These products save the installer the time, trouble and expense of buying separate components (relay, LED indicator, socket, mounting rail, transient protection and housing) and assembling them on the job or at the shop.
